Really good Apartment Experience!
responsive staff welcome items
The staff was very responsive using WhatsApp. It made everything easy. I also appreciated the welcome items. They provided a perfect midnight snack and breakfast for the next day!

minor issues marred the stay
misleading description distant pools
the room was well furnished with good sized rooms and it was nice to receive bread, cheese, and drinks upon arrival.
the hotel description was misleading (this really annoyed me). i expected certain amenities to be available on-site, that was not the case. specifically, the pools and spa were not located on the hotel, and i had to walk a considerable distance to access them.

misleading description long walk
The room was super clean and the service was excellent.
The hotel description was misleading about available facilities I wanted on-site. The pools and spa were not located there so it seemed like I was conned. The pools required a long walk to get there so it was very disappointing I could not use them as expected.

clean apartment welcome hamper helpful staff beautiful presentation
i found the apartment beautifully presented and very clean. it included everything i needed. a lovely welcome hamper was there too. the staff were very helpful, always ready to assist.
i noticed it was too warm in the apartment with no air conditioning available.

parking lot view defective cooktop
I was really looking forward to the promised sea view however, my room overlooked the parking lot. That was a real letdown. I found it quite annoying that the induction cooktop in the apartment wasn't working. This meant I couldn't prepare meals as planned.

The hotel features beautifully selected linens and finishes, which greatly enhanced our experience. I appreciated the welcome items from the staff. They were perfectly selected. The grounds are beautiful, perfect for a little exploring. It added a layer of enjoyment to our visit.

good size nice touch well-furnished room onsite spa false advertising misleading description
i found the location super. the room was well-furnished and a good size. it was a nice touch to have bread and cheese upon my arrival.
the description of the hotel included facilities that were not actually available. the pools and spa are not on site, disappointing. i felt misled because i was looking forward to those amenities.
